Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Amex, Klarna, iDEAL (WERO), Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
La Maré Signature, La Maré Collection & Other Brands
La Maré Signature and La Maré Collection are designed and sold directly by La Maré. Other Brands are third-party products such as — Guess — that we carefully select and offer alongside our own collections. Trusted Brands items are clearly labeled as such on the product page, and are covered by the same shipping and return conditions unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 5 business days. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-5 business days; international delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our full Return Policy page for the step-by-step process.
Warranty
La Maré Signature and Collection pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Trusted Brands products follow the warranty terms of their original manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
La Maré is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
